Parents/Guardians

To schedule a meeting with your student's counselor, please:

1. Click the "view website" link next to your child's counselor's name.
2. Book an appointment through the counselor's calendar link.
3. You will receive a confirmation email with meeting details.

Please note:

• Meetings must be scheduled at least 3 business days in advance.
• Parent-Teacher Conferences are held Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 2:20 PM.
• Virtual meeting codes will be emailed 20 minutes before the meeting.

Students

To schedule a counseling appointment:

1. Go to the Archer HS Counseling Corner on eCLASS
2. Click on your counselor's page.
3. Complete the Google Form to request an appointment.

Your counselor will contact you through your GCPS Google email. Please check your email daily. You will receive a Google Meet link for your appointment

For quick questions (schedule changes, SAT/ACT waivers, college recommendations, transcripts), please email your counselor directly.
